Complaints / Raising an Issue

If you have a concern or complaint, please raise this in the first instance with the School Office by telephone on 01480 475972, alternatively you can email office@crosshalljunior.co.uk

Your concerns will then be passed to the class teacher who will contact you to resolve any issues you or your child may be experiencing.

After this, if necessary, the Phase Lead, SENDCo, the Headteachers and the Chair of Academy Council will become involved.
