On Friday 7th November, we will welcome parents/ carers in to school to experience part of a normal working day at Crosshall Junior School with your child(ren).

If you wish to attend please complete the form below.  Form closes on Thursday 6th November at 10:00am.

For more than one child at the school, complete for your eldest child and fill in the siblings box as well, if you wish to attend the same slot.

Alternatively, fill in separate forms for each child if you wish to attend different time slots for each.
