Crosshall Junior School is continually updating and adding to its rich educational and community awards.

In July 2009, the school was recognised as ‘Outstanding’ by OFSTED


Since 2007, we have worked in partnership with the DCSF Innovation Unit on an educational research project looking at Next Practice. As one of the 17 schools nationally involved in this project, we have worked with an educational consultant looking at how children learn best.
We have also been accredited with the following awards and recognitions:

Artsmark Gold (7th year running)

ICT Mark (Crosshall Junior School is a host school for headteachers who are looking to improve their ICT provision)
