The school is very successful in enabling pupils to have a strong sense of personal identity and to know that they are recognised and valued. Everywhere you look in the school, we have posters with motivational slogans such as “remember everything you have achieved today” and “don’t be a fool, learning is cool”. Students’ academic and personal efforts are recognised in the star student file.
Another way in which the students’ views and feelings are appreciated is through the Crosshall School Council. This group is elected by students each year and plays a role in school improvement and in interviewing prospective staff.
